海外旅行保険の加入について

本学は、本学の指定する派遣プログラム参加学生を対象に、「海外旅行保険・留学保険等の加入」および
「派遣留学生危機管理サービス（OSSMA: 日本エマージェンシーアシスタンス株式会社 (EAJ)提供）の利用」を義務付けています。

海外では思わぬトラブルに遭遇することがあります。
急な病気や怪我では、医療制度の違いから、治療や救援費用が数千万単位と大変高額となる可能性もあります。
また、過失事故等による損害賠償も非常に高額となる場合があり、このような緊急事態に遭遇した際、海外旅行保険は身を守る唯一の手段になります。

本学の指定する派遣プログラムに参加する学生は、手続方法をよく確認のうえ、
渡航2週間前までに「 1.危機管理サービス（OSSMA）」および「2.海外旅行保険」の両手続きを行ってください。

海外旅行保険と危機管理サービス（OSSMA）の違いについて

OSSMAは、海外危機管理支援のサービスとなり、海外旅行保険や留学保険とは性質が異なります。
入院、治療、検査、カウンセリングなどの医療費・緊急移送費用は、OSSMAでは一切補償されませんので、
別途、海外旅行保険や留学保険に必ず加入する必要があります。

1. 危機管理サービス（OSSMA）

海外での危機管理サービスとなります。トラブル時に24時間日本語にて電話相談が可能となります。
（病気、ケガ、盗難等に限らず、不安に思うことがあれば何でも相談可）
※本学では、本学の指定するプログラム以外においても、教職員学生の海外渡航の際には、保険及びOSSMAへの加入を推奨しています。

2. 海外旅行保険 / 留学保険

海外渡航にあたっては、病気、ケガ、器物損壊等に備えるため、原則として渡航者全員に保険へ加入していただきます。
加入期間は、「日本の住居を出発する日」から「日本の住居に帰着する日」となります。

【加入条件】

補償金額： 原則として「損害賠償補償 1億円以上」および「治療・救援費用 1億円以上」を満たすこと。
付帯海学への加入: 本学が承認した派遣留学に参加する学生を対象に、全員加入を前提として大幅な団体割引が
適用されている「学研災付帯海外留学保険（付帯海学）」をご案内しています。
補償内容や保険料の面からも、原則としてこちらの保険へご加入いただきますようお願いいたします。
加入プラン： プログラム担当教員から指示がある場合はその指示に従ってください。

※受入先国や留学先大学の指定により現地の保険へ加入する場合でも、補償内容（医療費のみ等）や救援費用が不十分なケースが多くあります。
現地保険の補償内容が付帯海学（日本の海外旅行保険）の基準に満たない場合は、必ず日本の海外旅行保険にも重ねてご加入ください。

■ 学研災付帯海外留学保険（付帯海学 /Study Abroad Insurance Futai Kaigaku）について
本保険は、公益財団法人日本国際教育支援協会が全国の大学を取りまとめ、東京海上日動火災保険株式会社を引受保険会社として提供している保険です。
※本保険は、「学生教育研究災害傷害保険（通称：学研災／GAKKENSAI）」に付帯する保険のため、学研災への加入が必要です。
学研災の加入状況が不明な場合は、学生課課外・厚生係までお問い合わせください。

【注意】
出発日の2週間前までに海外旅行保険の加入手続を完了してください。

渡航の途中で急な事情(テロや地震等)によって帰国する場合の航空機予約変更費用等の補償特約（帰国時のみ有効）
In cases where, the insured pays, for changes of itinerary expenses. e.g. If your itinerary has changed and you need to return home due to natural disaster, terrorism and/or the death or critical condition of the target person of the insurance or reserved traveling companion (s), etc.

※2　歯科治療費用について
プランA・C・E 加入者：歯科治療費用保険金は加入プランに含まれておりません。
海外では歯科治療が高額となるケースが多いため、渡航前に必ず歯科治療を済ませておくことをお勧めします。不安がある場合は、歯科治療が補償される海外旅行保険をご検討ください。
Subscribers to Plan A・C・E：This insurance does NOT cover dental care.
As dental care is generally expensive in overseas, please be sure to have dental treatment completed before departure.
If dental care coverage is needed, please purchase another overseas travel insurance with a plan that includes dental treatment as well as the coverage required in the "Overseas travel insurance fee table".

プランB・D 加入者：歯科治療特約が含まれており、30万円までが補償されます。ただし、待機期間15日を経過するまでの治療費用は補償対象となりませんのでご注意ください。詳細は、パンフレット・約款をご確認ください。
Subscribers to PlanB・D：Dental treatment coverage is included, with compensation up to 300,000 yen.
However, please note that treatment costs incurred within the 15-day waiting period are not eligible for compensation. For further details, please refer to the brochure and policy terms.

保険料の支払方法について／Payment of insurance fee

下記の3通りの支払方法が可能です。いずれの支払方法をご選択いただいても、振込手数料は発生しません。
The following three payment methods are available. No transfer fee will be charged regardless of which payment method you choose.
"Credit card", "Cash at Convenience store" and "Bank transfer" are available.

クレジットカード／Credit card
原則的には、保険加入者本人名義のクレジットカードにて決済をお願いします。クレジットカードを所持していない場合は、保護者等のご家族のクレジットカード名義でも利用は可能です。
Please make payment by the insured’s own credit card. If not having a credit card, a credit card of your family member, such as a parent or guardian, will be acceptable.

コンビニ決済／Convenience store payment
加入申込後に送付される「コンビニ決済お支払番号のお知らせ」のメールに従って、支払手続きをお願いします。
Please follow the payment procedure according to the email “Notice of Payment Number for Convenience Store Payment" after application.

銀行振込（ペイジー）／Bank transfer (Pay-easy)
加入申込後に送付される「Pay-easy決済お支払番号のお知らせ」のメールに従って、振込手続きをお願いします。

その他注意事項

・渡航前にOSSMA加入者用ウェブサイト(OSSMA LOCATOR)に「海外渡航の日程や保険の情報」の登録を必ず行ってください。
